Shipping & Returns
Snake River Performance understands that when you buy stuff you want it fast, so we do our best to get items to you as quick as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.
Continental U.S. Shipping Policy (Lower 48 States)
Snake River Performance offers free overnight shipping on as many products as possible to ensure you get your items fast. UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday & US Legal Holidays. Orders placed on these days will ship out the following business day.
Items marked with free overnight & ground shipping only applies to customers in the lower 48 States. Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories do not apply.
UPS will require a signature to receive the package, please make sure there is someone at the shipping address to sign for the package.
Products are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding US legal holidays. Most products will ship out the same day are ordered.
Some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items. If the product is in stock most UPS ground orders are received within 3-6 business days depending on your location. Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. If you would like to check inventory or estimated ship date please contact us prior to ordering.
Although rare, UPS and other shipping carriers do experience delays due to weather and also including lost packages. Please keep that in mind when ordering.

Canadian Shipping
We use USPS to ship to Canada to save you money by avoiding the brokerage fee charged by commercial carriers such as UPS & FedEx whenever possible. Some items are too big to ship via USPS. In those cases UPS or Fedex will be used.
Canadian Buyers can expect items to arrive 7 to 12 business days usually. Canadian Customers are responsible for all local taxes and duties.

International Orders (Outside of US and Canada)
We do not ship complete exhaust systems internationally unless you contact us first. (Outside of the US or Canada)
Due to the cost involved with shipping these items there are no returns or exchanges on international orders.
Please ensure that the item you are ordering will work with your vehicle before ordering. Customers are responsible for local taxes and duties. We do not falsify shipping info. Please do not ask to have costs stated differently.
Liquids cannot be air mailed so we don't ship liquids internationally.

Returns Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Parts that do not work with the vehicle they were built for will be exchanged.
Exchanged parts will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS.
If item cannot be exchanged a refund of the original purchase price will be issued.
Return shipping will not be refunded.
Refunds are issued to the credit card number used to purchase items.
To return an item you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). A RMA (Return Authorization Number) is required, and must be written on the outside shipping carton.

Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton. Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton. Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer carton will be refused.
Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 5%-15% may be assessed.
Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:
Product has been installed and/or used
Damaged Product
Missing components, such as original box, original packaging, manuals, cables, etc.
Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
Product is deemed not re-sellable condition.
Please DO NOT make an installation appointment until you receive your parts and have verified that all components are present. We are not responsible for late shipments or other delays. We will not reimburse customers for late shipments, installation, down time or labor costs.
If your item arrives damaged please file a claim with the carrier directly.
We do not manufacture any of the products we sell, there for we do not have any spare parts or replacement parts. If your item is missing components upon receipt we suggest contacting the manufacture directly to request those missing components.

Exchanges
New items including instruction, original packaging, all parts, paperwork, etc maybe exchanged.
Exchanged parts will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS.
If item cannot be exchanged a refund of the original purchase price will be issued.
